Citation (Article 21(2) GDPR): Where personal data are processed for direct marketing purposes, the data subject shall have the right to object at any time to processing of personal data concerning him or her for such marketing, which includes profiling to the extent that it is related to such direct marketing.
Right of information
You have the right to information as to whether personal data relating to you is being processed. If so, you also have the right to be informed about the type of data, its origin, the purpose of processing, the storage period or the criteria for the storage period, as well as the recipients if the data is passed on.
Right to data portability
You have the right to receive the personal data concerning you, which you have provided to us, in a commonly used and machine-readable format, provided that it is processed automatically on the basis of your consent or in fulfillment of a contract. If you request the direct transfer of the data to another controller, this will only be done insofar as it is technically feasible and does not affect the rights and freedoms of other persons.
Right to rectification and completion
You have the right to request the correction or completion of your personal data if it is incorrect or incomplete.
Right to erasure and restriction

Web server logs

This data is stored to protect against misuse of the services offered and for the purpose of tracing attacks and other criminal offenses. This data is also used for statistical purposes and to identify and rectify errors in order to improve the service. The data is analyzed both by the website operator and by the web space provider for the website operator (see "Contract for commissioned data processing"). Third-party providers, such as Google Analytics, are not used.
The basis for this data processing is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. The processing is absolutely necessary to maintain the security and functionality of the web server and the website. There is therefore no possibility of objection. The logs are deleted at regular intervals as soon as the reason for storing them no longer applies. The enforcement of our own legal claims and compliance with statutory provisions, such as retention obligations in particular, remain unaffected.

Online tools
