License agreement for royalty free applications for private and commercial use

This license applies to all programs on Gaijin.at certain for royalty free private and commercial use. Unless an other license areement is included in the program package.

The program and all parts of it, including the documentation or help file, are protected by Austrian copyright act.

By using the program you agree to this license.

Obligations and restrictions

The program may not be decompiled or disassembled, except in the cases determined by law.

Furthermore, the program may not be sold or shared for a fee.

Rigths of use

The program may be used for any purpose, be it commercial or private. The number of installations and users is not limited.

The program may be shared for free to other persons, on the Internet or on other media, under the condition that the program and all associated files remain unchanged. Adding files or any other change to the software package is not allowed.

All other rights remain by the author.

There is no right for support or other assistance by the author.

Infringements of provisions of this License Agreement may result in criminal and civil law.

Disclaimer

You use the program at your own risk. The author assumes no liability for the accuracy and functionality of the program. The author is not liable for any direct or indirect damage caused by the program or a part of the program. This includes especially, but not limited to, damage to the hardware, the operating system or other programs, as well as the effect on business operations.

Exceptions

The granting of an exeption from the provisions of this license requires an explicit permission from the author. The permission will be issued via e-mail only.
