License agreement for scripts for private use only

This license applies to all scripts on Gaijin.at certain for royalty free private use only. Unless an other license areement is included in the program package.

The script and all parts of it, including the documentation or help file, are protected by Austrian copyright act.

By using the program you agree to this license.

Obligations and restrictions

The copyright notice and the link to "http://www.gaijin.at/" may not be removed, changed or defaced. It must be easily visible on the original position.

Furthermore, the program may not be sold, shared or published in any way. This is especially true for the publication on the Internet, so-called cover CDs or other software collections.

Rigths of use

The script may be used private only. The use of the script on commercial sites or in a commercial form (e.g. by web designers) is prohibited.

All other rights, including the right of publication, will remain by the author.

There is no right for support or other assistance by the author.

The script may be adapted to personal needs. The copyright notice and the link to "http://www.gaijin.at/" must be maintained in the format, specified under "Obligations and restrictions".

Infringements of provisions of this License Agreement may result in criminal and civil law.

Disclaimer

You use the script at your own risk. The author assumes no liability for the accuracy and functionality of the script. The author is not liable for any direct or indirect damage caused by the script or a part of the script. This includes especially, but not limited to, damage to the hardware, the operating system or other programs, as well as the effect on business operations.

Exceptions

The granting of an exeption from the provisions of this license requires an explicit permission from the author. The permission will be issued via e-mail only.
